early this saturday morn i'm making the annual star trek to the stumptown festival of comics. like last year the show is in the oregon convention center. this bothers sum folks but i don't mind because when i was a kid my grandpa took me to a comic show there where i met and hung out with art adams, mike mignola, bruce timm, and mike allred. good memories: my grandpa drank convention coffee and read the paper while i scoured the back issue bins and got pointers from the pros (as well as signatures). my dear sweet grandpa.
